• Our check in 10.30 AM and check out 9.30 AM.
• Extension of stay is allowed only subject to availability of room.
• The AC Room tariff will be 15% less ,in case of AC Service is not available due to technical sang.

• Cooking and outside food are not allowed in hotel premises.
• Dog and pets not allowed.
• Complimentary Bed Tea and breakfast.
• The reservation for the entire period will stand cancel, if there is no presence of none within 23 hours from the time (10.30am to9.30am) of the proposed occupancy day and the advance amount paid, is not refundable.
• Management have every right to cancel any reservation for any adverse circumstance (cancellation policy is not implied).
• For any valuable goods/ money the same may be deposited to our manager/duty officer/receptionist for the safe custody against a valid receipt.
• Accept Payment by cash or card (as per card issued agreement).cheque not accepted.
• Our room tariff, price of food are subject to change without prior notice.
• Guest will be responsible for damage of loss of any kind of article caused by them and will be charged on actual.
• We reserve the right to disallow any undesirable person without assigning any reason.
• Booking slip and ID( Epic, passport, D.L, Aadhar) card is mandatory for all person  at the time of check in at Hotel.
  50% is the total accommodation charge is to be paid for reservation.
• All room are made for double bed.
• Any reservation with us means that the guests have accepted our T & C with knowing it clearly. We always reserve the right to alter/add any points without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charge 25% of the total accommodation charge if intimate before 72 hours, 50% if intimate before 48 hours, there after 100%. Regarding refund against cancellation policy:- If there is any refund after cancellation charges, contact the concern booking office Kolkata/Digha .

Child Policy

As each room made for double bed. only one additional guest may be allowed by at Rs.350/day without any Cot or mattress  and Rs.500/day  with Cot and tax applicable. Below 5 years child free, above 5 years guest charge will be applicable as per room.
